It is that super fun time of the week ~ the time I get to feature a few of the wonderful posts that linked up to last weeks Real Family Fun Link Party. If you didn’t get a chance to look through the blogs that linked up, there are some really great ideas, crafts and recipes.
I had 40 fabulous posts linked up, which I thought was a great turn out for my first week, especially since I hadn’t publicized that I was going to start this link party at all beforehand.
When I decided to start a link party, I thought of lots of things. My biggest worry was that no one would come link up. Yay! That didn’t happen. The thing I never really thought about was how hard it was going to be to pick who to feature. Even with a relatively small link party, it was really hard to pick who to feature. Unfortunately, there were quite a few I wanted to feature who forgot to link back to me…boo! Regardless of whether you linked back or not, you all are so creative and talented it is amazing! I can’t wait to see more.
Now on to the features for this week.

I love these cute Spring Jars from Our Pinteresting Family. They are so cute and look easy to make. I think they would add such a fun, bright, cheery addition to a mantel or shelf. I might just borrow the idea for our mantel.

Do I really need to say why I picked this as a feature? Doesn’t it look super yummy? Cheese and potstickers! Yum and Yum! In fact I tried this idea of Potsticker Cheddar Skewers from Chatting over Choclate this week with my girls. They used to love potstickers, but seem to complain when I make them lately. I tried this idea and they ate them all without complaint, then put their apples on the skewers and ate those without complaint as well. Thanks for making our lunch a little easier, Brenda!
I loved this kitchen cabinet makeover. This is the before. You have to see how All that Brings Joy made the cabinets more open, fresh and modern. Making Open Cabinetry ~ Love it!
I loved these beautiful Swirls-n-Hearts Brush & Stamp Set from Digiart Cafe. Guess what? They are a free download! Yippee…freebies. Maybe they will help me get inspired to get back to my digital scrapbooking which has been sorely neglected as of late.

Mmmm, doesn’t the chicken look delish? I have brined a few things in my day and it always makes the meat so tender and yummy. Brining in apple cider for these Apple Brined Chicken ThighsΒ from The Unsophisticated Kitchen, I can’t even begin to imagine how yummy and how much flavor they must have.
Thanks so much to everyone who linked up. If you were featured, please grab a button and proudly display it…you deserve it!

See you Wednesday at 8 p.m. EST for the next Real Family Fun link party!
