Who is ready for summer? I know I am on a serious countdown until the end of the school year. To that end, I’ve got adorable free printable summer postcards for you today. They are perfect for summer, whether you are traveling or you have kids going to camp. You can stay connected with a quick postcard and an inexpensive stamp.

These are adorable printable postcards! They are free printables perfect for printing and sending from camp or on a trip over the summer.

The idea to have printable postcards was actually my daughter Snowflake’s idea. She wants to use them on our road trip this summer to send to her friends. You can read about our 5,300 mile road trip last summer here and here.

Snowflake wanted to create them and have a post of her own here on the blog. Having never had a child in the school system, we hadn’t experienced the end of the year craziness until this year. With the end of the year projects and tests, it became impossible for her to actually get this idea done.

I’m not that great at creating printables, so I called in some help from my good friend and assistant. She said she loves working with graphics and creating things like this, so as a result, you have these adorable printable postcards today…and more printables to come in the future as well. Yay!

There are four different post cards. Aren’t they adorable? I love the designs! Of course, since this was Snowflake’s idea, we had to get her approval. Thank goodness she thought they were cute as well.

For those of you who are my age…you will love the ‘Original Selfie’ postcard. The bikes remind me of my Aunt who was killed by a drunk driver a year and a half ago. She and my Uncle loved to ride their tandem bike together. I think she would have really liked that postcard.

The file you will download comes with the four different postcard fronts in two files. It has one additional file that has the postcard backs. You just need to print them on cardstock. Run them through the printer once to print the front and another time to print the back of the postcard.

Once you have done that, you are good to go. Just write away, add a stamp, and send that postcard.
